Health is the new wealth

Gentle is the new strong

Love is the balm that heals us all

The present moment is where the treasure lies.

There’s no need to overthink or accelerate your life.

It’s all gonna be okay.

It already is okay now.

Take a moment to breathe.

Inhale and exhale.

It’s perfectly okay to slow down.

You are allowed to breathe and exist.

You don’t need permission to live your life how you want to live it.

What are you trying to prove, my love?

That you’re some sort of “enough?”

You aren’t defined by what you have materialistically achieved in life.

I know, that statement may have cut deep like a knife...

That diploma you have that’s framed on that wall?

What if I told you without your health, it wouldn’t matter at all?

The job you slave for, the position on your business card...

Why do you chase it if it makes life feel like it’s so hard?

Do you feel tired because you feel you always have something to prove?

To your parents, your friends, your boss...why do you need them to approve of you?

There was never anything wrong with you.

You are enough and whole as you are.

No more rigid rules or complexions that only leave you with scars.

No more living in what you “should” do or be.

Give yourself permission to finally be free.

The past only exists in your memory.

The past has no physical form and does not define your future’s trajectory.

You have permission to be free.

You have permission to live life as you were put on this Earth to be.

You have permission to be gentle, be kind, be soft.

You have permission to let that shame and guilt in your heart finally start to defrost.

That guilt and shame isn’t yours.

You have permission to let the hurt go and open that brand new door.

You have permission to say no.

You have permission to let anything that doesn’t serve your healing, go.

I want to challenge you to love yourself more.

I want you to understand that life doesn’t have to feel like one big chore.

Be gentle, be kind.

Give yourself permission to finally feel peace of mind.
